By partnering with MasterBrand via the Site Sync program, you can be assured that your website will always contain the newest products, features and benefits of the MBCI brand(s) you sell. Q: After I submit the Site Sync registration form, when will my Site Sync site be live and ready to be promoted?
A: The MBCI team will contact you in approximately 4-6 weeks with your new Site Sync site URL.
Q: What can I do with my Site Sync site and how to I direct customers to it?
A: Contact the person whom manages your website and have them place the link to your Site Sync site on your website where it makes sense. Many dealers choose to display our brand logos on their website with links to their Site Sync URLs.
Q: What if I need to update the logo(s) on my Site Sync site(s)?
A: Please fill out the registration form again and indicate that you already have a Site Sync site, but need to update your logo(s) and attach the new logos to the form.
